Greetings!! My name is Juanita L. Shaw. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri but raised in Alton, Illinois. I have been a certified teacher for more than 20 years. Most of my career, I have taught grades 1-6 and 8th. I received my undergraduate degree from Harris Stowe State University. I have two Masters degrees from the University of Phoenix, Curriculum & Instruction (specializing in computer education) and Educational Leadership. I am a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and an active community volunteer. I have two children and three grandchildren. I am an avid motorcyclist. I have rode to 38 states, coast to coast three times, and to Canada so far. Have a great school year!!
